June 2006 expiration emissions sticker with June 2005 expiration safety sticker | Vehicles in Pennsylvania counties which require emissions inspections MUST pass the emissions inspection (or be granted an exemption) before the safety inspection can be performed. Typically the two inspections are done by the same facility; however, if they are done at different times and/or facilities, or if the vehicle passed the emissions inspection and failed the safety inspection (as is the case with these two stickers), you will see different expiration years for the stickers. Reinspections must be performed at the same facility which failed the original inspection. |
